Compliance Information
Separate customer compliance-readiness support from evidence about EZ Support's own operations, suppliers, contracts, and assurance status.
On this page
This page helps an accountable buyer ask the right questions before relying on a security or compliance statement. It separates two different subjects: readiness work EZ Support may perform for a customer, and assurance information about EZ Support’s own operations.
Customer readiness support
For an agreed customer engagement, EZ Support may help organize practical security and compliance-readiness work such as:
- Understanding customer, contractual, or framework requirements
- Defining the systems, data, people, and providers in scope
- Mapping responsibilities and identifying practical gaps
- Implementing agreed technical and administrative safeguards
- Organizing evidence and preparing for customer or assessor review
- Coordinating remediation and recurring control activities
The customer, EZ Support, technology providers, legal counsel, and an independent assessor may each hold different responsibilities. Those responsibilities must be defined for the actual engagement rather than inferred from a service description.
Evidence about EZ Support
A buyer may need to validate how EZ Support would handle access, information, suppliers, service locations, control responsibilities, and contractual commitments. The relevant answer depends on the service, systems, data, providers, and signed terms in scope.
Requesting information does not mean a particular report, certification, control, or contract term exists. It creates a path to identify what current information is available, what it covers, who issued or approved it, when it applies, and whether confidentiality limits its distribution.
Evidence about a cloud platform, software vendor, hosting provider, data centre, or other supplier describes that supplier within the stated scope. It does not automatically establish EZ Support’s own assurance status or the status of a customer’s complete service.
Readiness support is not certification, attestation, legal advice, or a guarantee of compliance. Independent assessors, certification bodies, regulators, customers, and legal counsel retain their respective roles. A customer remains responsible for its obligations, decisions, users, systems, and third parties except where a signed agreement explicitly assigns a responsibility to EZ Support.
This page does not state that EZ Support holds a certification, attestation, or independent audit opinion. It also does not guarantee that a customer will meet a framework, pass an audit, receive certification, remain compliant, or avoid a security incident.
Validate the specific claim
Before relying on a representation, confirm:
- The legal entity, service, system, location, and time period the statement covers
- Whether the item is a policy, self-description, supplier report, contract commitment, certification, attestation, or independent assessment
- Which controls and responsibilities belong to EZ Support, the customer, or another provider
- Whether evidence is current and whether qualifications, exceptions, or remediation items apply
- Which commitments appear in the proposal and signed agreement
- Whether confidential material requires an appropriate agreement and review process
Requesting current information
Email info@ezsupport.tech with the service you are evaluating, the requirement or customer question you need to answer, and the evidence type you are seeking. Do not send sensitive security evidence through ordinary email. Begin with a non-sensitive description so the appropriate scope, participants, and exchange method can be determined.
Any information supplied must be reviewed within its stated scope and date. The applicable signed agreement controls the commitments made for a specific engagement.
