EZ Support, Inc. (“EZ Support,” “we,” or “us”) is accountable for the personal information it controls. This policy explains the public website at www.ezsupport.tech. It does not claim that every data type, cookie, provider, or portal feature is used on every visit.
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to:

1. Scope and separate services
The public website provides information, contact routes, and links to the private EZ Support Portal. Public website browsing does not create a customer account.
The portal supports private accounts and may be used for registration, scheduling, requests, proposals and quotes, contracts, purchases, invoices, applications, and service-work visibility. Portal and customer processing depends on the activity, organization, permissions, and accepted documents involved. The applicable portal notice, Order, MSA, DPA, or other agreement provides the additional detail and commitments for that processing.
There are no public user profiles or public submission areas on this website.
2. Information collected on the public website
EZ Support may receive:
- Information you choose to provide by phone, email, or another contact route, such as name, business contact details, organization, and a non-sensitive description of your request
- Technical delivery and security records such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, browser or device information, response status, and diagnostic details
- Your optional browser-measurement preference and interactions with enabled website controls
- Information required to respond to a privacy, security, legal, or accessibility request
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, private keys, payment-card details, detailed employee or customer records, health information, government identifiers, or sensitive security evidence through ordinary email or public website routes.
3. Website delivery and measurement
The website is delivered using Amazon Web Services infrastructure, including Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront. Those services generate delivery, availability, and security records needed to serve and protect the site. Cloud delivery may route or process requests through infrastructure outside your province or Canada.
At the July 28, 2026 review, the deployed public website did not load a third-party browser analytics tag, advertising pixel, behavioural advertising tag, or embedded scheduler. EZ Support may later enable optional browser measurement only when the deployed technology, purpose, provider, information, and withdrawal method have been reviewed and this policy remains accurate.
Website measurement
When optional browser measurement is enabled, a conspicuous website notice explains it at or before collection. You may opt out immediately and reopen “Tracking choices” from the footer later. The preference is stored in your browser so it can persist.
The optional control does not disable essential delivery, fraud prevention, security, or diagnostic records. A browser or device may also provide its own cookie and privacy controls. EZ Support will not use a technique for optional behavioural tracking when an effective, persistent opt-out cannot be provided.
4. Purposes
EZ Support uses public-site information to:
- Deliver, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website
- Respond to enquiries and determine an appropriate next step
- Operate the preference and accessibility features you request
- Prevent misuse, investigate incidents, and maintain evidence
- Meet legal, accounting, contractual, and dispute obligations
- Send marketing communications only where an applicable opt-in or other lawful permission exists
Transactional and service communications are separate from optional marketing. Marketing messages identify EZ Support and provide an unsubscribe method.
5. When information is shared
EZ Support may disclose the minimum information reasonably necessary to:
- Infrastructure, communications, security, and professional service providers performing work for EZ Support under appropriate obligations
- A manufacturer, publisher, distributor, reseller, lessor, carrier, or other provider when you request or authorize a transaction involving that provider
- Public authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required or permitted by law
- A successor in a legitimate corporate transaction, subject to appropriate protection and notice where required
The public website does not share submissions with public users. EZ Support does not rely on a generic right to share website information with unspecified affiliates or business partners for their independent marketing.
A current provider and location description relevant to a proposed service can be requested during contracting. The DPA and Order identify processing commitments when Customer Data will be handled on a customer’s behalf.
6. Portal accounts, customer information, and applicants
Portal accounts are private and tied to authorized users and organizations. Account information may include identity and contact details, organization and role, authentication and security records, requests, schedules, quotes, contracts, orders, invoices, applications, service activity, and communications.
Customer information is used to administer the requested transaction or service and under the accepted documents. Applicant information is used for internal matching to possible EZ Support work or managed customer assignments. An applicant’s submission authorizes sharing relevant application information with a prospective customer considering such an assignment, but does not authorize public publication or promise consideration or work.
7. Retention
EZ Support retains information only while reasonably necessary for its purpose and for applicable contract, invoice, tax, security, fraud-prevention, legal, regulatory, and dispute requirements.
When an account is closed or a relationship ends, EZ Support deletes or de-identifies information that is no longer required. Customer Data export and deletion commitments are stated in the applicable accepted documents. Candidate information is removed from future matching when an applicant withdraws, subject to records that must be retained for the purposes above.
8. Safeguards
EZ Support uses administrative, technical, contractual, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity, amount, format, and use of the information. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for an authorized purpose.
No Internet transmission or storage method eliminates all risk. Report a suspected privacy or security issue to privacy@ezsupport.tech without sending additional sensitive evidence through ordinary email.
9. Access, correction, deletion, and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information EZ Support controls, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, opt out of marketing or optional browser measurement, close an account, withdraw an application from future matching, or request deletion of information not required for another legitimate purpose.
Send the request to privacy@ezsupport.tech. EZ Support will verify identity and, where applicable, authority to act for an organization in a way proportionate to the request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, explain any lawful limitation, and provide information about a complaint or review path when required.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully and may prevent EZ Support from continuing an optional activity that requires the information.
10. International processing
Website delivery and some service providers may process information outside your province or Canada. Information in another jurisdiction may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement, or national-security authorities under that jurisdiction’s law.
EZ Support evaluates the provider, purpose, location information available, contractual protection, and sensitivity before using a provider. Engagement-specific locations and transfer commitments are confirmed in the applicable Order or DPA.
11. Adults and business use
EZ Support directs its services, portal, training, purchasing, and candidate activities to adults acting for themselves or a business. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. If you believe a child provided information, contact the privacy address so the situation can be reviewed and the information removed where appropriate.
12. Changes
EZ Support may update this policy as practices, providers, or law change. The updated date identifies the current version. A material change will be communicated through an appropriate prominent notice or direct communication where required; posting alone will not be treated as consent where meaningful consent is legally required.
